Because access is delivered digitally, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins.
Users may cancel their subscription anytime.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.
Users with free trials may cancel before the trial ends to avoid subscription charges.
Refund requests are reviewed individually.
